4/1/2014 Commuters take note: The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) began work to replace the PA 191 Bridge over Waltz Creek and the PA 191 Bridge over an unnamed tributary to Waltz Creek in Washington Township. During construction PA 191 will remain open to all traffic except trucks, and the road will be reduced to a single lane with alternating traffic being controlled by temporary traffic signals. The posted detour for truck traffic will utilize PA 512 and PA 33.
