12/15/2014 PENNDOT has designated the viaduct connecting 191 to S. Main Street in Bangor as a One-Way with traffic only able to travel over the viaduct in the direction from 191 to S. Main Street. This lane restriction is expected to last until the viaduct is replaced (estimated to be 2016).
